There are pleasant courtyards, lawns and terraces with a view of the splendid Nahargarh Fort. It has a beautiful dining hall overlooking one of the terraces. The Mandawa Haveli has a beautiful dining hall, which can seat 60 people. It offers Indian, Continental and Rajasthani cuisine. The hotel also arranges special parties and candlelit dinners on the rooftop on request.

The hotel has a conference hall - Bhagat Niwas with an area 105 sq. mtrs and can host any type of function for up to 50 people max. Special Support Facilities available are Conference co-coordinator and Audio-visual equipment available on hire.

- 50% room rate will be charged for late check-out up to 18:00pm.
- In case of check-out later than 18:00pm, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
Free accommodation will be provided for children below five years of age without extra beds. Children older than five years of age will be charged for an extra bed & breakfast.
- No refund for cancellations made six days or less prior to the check-in date
- 50% amount of room rate for cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the check-in date
- 90% refund for cancellations made 15 days or more of the check-in date
